Amy St. Denis, Principal
Amy has almost two decades of experience in executive search. Before starting St. Denis Group, Amy served as Managing Director of an international executive search firm, where she conducted searches at the Director level and higher. Amy’s areas of expertise include real estate investment and technology, where she brings forth a deep contact base, practical experience, and industry knowledge to present a diverse slate of candidates for leadership-level positions.
Amy has performed searches across the United States for large public REITs, early stage organizations, and the space in between. For a number of years, Amy worked in the non-profit sector in the areas of development and public relations. As a consultant to the non-profit and association industries, she played a key role in a number of major gift and capital campaigns ranging from a few million to several hundreds of millions in their goal. As Vice President of Development, she provided leadership to volunteers and executives on major and annual giving, grants, membership, and events. She also worked with organizational development, executive recruitment and development, and board development.
Amy has served on several Boards of Directors and has held volunteer leadership positions in several community organizations. She is a graduate of Creighton University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Economic Development. Amy provides thought leadership to the industry, frequently sitting on panels at industry events and is a member of the following organizations:
